Utah PAC-10 Bound

Finally the Utes are going to a legit conference. I am so happy we are going to the PAC-10, with the likes of USC, UCLA, Oregon, Arizona, Cal-Berkley, Stanford etc. It is awesome to be a Ute fan. Looks like multiple trips to Cali in the Fall! I can't wait. It is well deserved too, the PAC-10 is getting a solid team! Congratz and GO UTES!!!

Happy Birthday

Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me, happy birthday dear Kent, happy birthday to me.

I turned 35 years old today yay! I have so much going on tonight it is gonna be legendary! First I am working, then I have my first ever tennis league match tonight at 5:30. then at 8 I am meeting some good friends at the Pie up by the University of Utah for pizza and laughs. So far it has been an awesome day!

I love having my birthday in the Spring!

I decided I am going to start geocaching... I think that is what is called. I just need to get a gps and start... I think it would be a good way for me to pass the time and go adventuring. Plus for some reason I have a camping bug. I want to go backpacking and camping so badly, it has been a while since I have gone. I need to plan a weekend soon. Anyways back to my great day! TTFN.

Tennis

I am so glad to be back playing tennis! What a great workout, my whole body aches! I can't wait until the weather gets warmer, and can play more often.

I struggle with volleys and serving, volleys mostly because of the footwork, I always forget to cross step and with serving, the toss is the hardest because I am so inconsistent with it. So I am going to focus on those this season, but first things first get in better shape and the drills will do that!

I also need to get a replacement racket, last year the strings broke and it took a week or so to get it restrung, so getting another racket will help just in case.

Avacado

Okay, those of you that know me real well, know that I cannot stand 2 particular food items

number 1 is and will always be the Oreo! Disgusting!

the number 2 spot has been held for years by a charming yet little fruit? vegetable? Whatever it is the almight avacado.

For years I have avoided anything remotly close to one, including guacamole its just mashed up avacado and stuff, yet it looks like a bad case of diarrea in a diper.

Well recently... meaning today actually, I decided to gove my number 2 another chance to change my mind. I am now going to set a goal that anytime I eat out and an item with avacado is available I will order it. even further I will buy a couple and eat them raw... I should do a video blog on that... stay tuned.

Lastly I think that in the days to come if I find a new way to like this weird fruit/vegatable thingy I will have to replace my number 2, that or the only thing not getting a second chance will be the lonly solitary Oreo... which if I had my way I would destroy with fire.

Watches

Ok so I began this post attempting to type with my watch/heart rate monitor on and I just could not do it. I know now why I never really like wearing watches anyways. However, I must say that my typing speed sticks anyways, I have never been very good at it and frankly probably will never take the time to get good at it. I just don't have the skills or patience.

By the way it took me about 7 mins to type just that last paragraph, and I had to use spell check about 6 times in the course of it. Oh and lets not even get started on grammar. I mean please, I can barley spell, and you expect me to be all over prepositions and commas! Forget that! No I am totally fine being an illiterate and uneducated english speaker and typer! If your keeping score its spell check 12 me 0. I always mess up the big words too, to many letters I wish I could blog in pictures drawn with crayons, that is much easier to understand, even if it looks like 3rd grader drew it. Ok I am done ranting, I have a new idea to complain about see next blog, actually I hope you gave up on this one way back cus the rest of this stuff is just nonsense anyways! Hey ho I spelled nonsense right! Kudos Me! OUT!
