I am so glad to be back playing tennis! What a great workout, my whole body aches! I can't wait until the weather gets warmer, and can play more often.
I struggle with volleys and serving, volleys mostly because of the footwork, I always forget to cross step and with serving, the toss is the hardest because I am so inconsistent with it. So I am going to focus on those this season, but first things first get in better shape and the drills will do that!
I also need to get a replacement racket, last year the strings broke and it took a week or so to get it restrung, so getting another racket will help just in case.
